Position description: Responsible for providing 24 hour care on a close, personal basis and assisting in establishing an appropriate home environment that provides supervision and support for a range of daily living activities for group home residents and day to day household functions of the lodge. Requires High-school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of background involving adolescents. Two Years of college or Bachelors degree preferred. Valid Driver's License Required. *All Residential Counselor positions may include weekend hours Wednesday: 22:30-9:00 Thursday: 22:30-9:00 Friday: 22:30-7:00 Saturday: 22:30-7:00 PCH (Lotus, Sunflower), Co-Occurring (Wolf), RTC (Bear, Eagle, Butterfly HS Diploma or equivalent AND 3-5yrs' background providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
