AREA PROPERTY MANAGER Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Area Property Manager to manage and oversee five apartment communities. The position assignments include: Traveling to sites weekly Oversee key holders and site managers Answering clients email and phone inquiries Schedule appointments to show properties Follow up with potential tenants to take them from start to finish in the leasing process Cultivating tenants by understanding their needs regarding property, community attributes, etc. Supervise tenant relations and enforce all community rules and regulations Assist with property, building and unit inspections Hire and maintain staff as needed at various sites Complying with Wisconsin Fair Housing and Lease Laws Complying with company policies and procedures Communicating with current renters to arrange showings Troubleshooting maintenance issues and working with support staff for scheduling
