POSITION TITLE: SECURITY OFFICER Reports To: Security Manager / Security Supervisor FLSA Status: Part time Hourly: Non-Exempt EEO Status: Service Workers SUMMARY : Serve as facility Security Officer providing high responsibility assistance to staff, public and clients. KEY FUNCTIONS (include, but are not limited to…): ? Provide assistance for all services and activities involved in facility and event security ? Assist with coordinating contract security for events ? Assist supervisor with local police and fire rescue ? Patrols facility to ensure safety and security of building ? Answer and respond to alarms within the facility ? Monitor the guest and visitors entrances ? Write reports and incidents that may occur ? Assist supervisor in issuing keys/equipment to employees and clients ? Assist supervisor in general duties of Public Safety, theft deterrence and loss prevention ? Log and Tag Lost and Found
