Hiring second shift Painter for Top organization in Brockton! four day work week! Painter needed in paint shop! Duties: - Operates air-pressured paint equipment to spray sheet metal parts with water based paint. - Masking of parts: Per engineering drawings, applies masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated. - Cleaning of parts: Cleans grease and dirt from product. - Mixes paint - Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired color and according to specifications with viscometer to regulate consistency according to changes in atmospheric conditions. - Adjusts thermostat to maintain specified temperature in parts baking oven. - Readjusts pressure valves to control direction and pattern of spray and to correct flaws in coating. - Inspection: Inspects painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas. - Maintain a clean and safe work area. - Follow prescribed safety rules and company policies at all times.
