Operators in Training - (Des Moines, IA)

MUST HAVES: Must have high-school diploma or GED. Must have at least six months of manufacturing background OR farming background. Applicants will be responsible for: Working with the team cleaning loading and unloading areas. Utilize push brooms to sweep up the floors around production areas Helping with loading and unloading rail cars or trucks as needed. Assist operators in running production of soybean products per customer specifications Help operators during the runs if any problems come up Must be okay with heights, as the facility is very large and they may need to go up higher and throughout the facility.
