Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning Coordinator - (Wisconsin Rapids, WI)

Coordinate and lead the Colleges apprenticeship and work-based learning opportunities for students in all occupational sectors. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with the apprentices and their employers. Respond to queries from employers and learners concerning apprenticeship programs. Represent the College in statewide apprenticeship meetings. In collaboration with academic managers, coordinate high-quality related instruction for apprentices. Identify, coordinate and implement employer outreach while maintaining knowledge of industries and industry trends for the purpose of engaging the local/regional business community to participate in hiring our students for both credit and non-credit opportunities. Work with employers and in collaboration with academic managers, assist in the placement, and oversight of students in work-based learning placements. Compile and evaluate data on apprenticeship program performance. Perform other duties as assigned.
