Mechanical Project Engineer - (Indianola, PA)

Title: Mechanical Project Engineer Location: Indianola, PA Duration: 9 mons Qualifications : -Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5+ years of engineering background OR Master’s degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 3+ years of engineering background -Proven expertise to conduct and document technical activities such as detailed design analyses, component/product testing, technical risks assessments, etc. -Working understanding of lab equipment including Instron, pressure transducers, flow meters and data logging devices -Approx 10% of time could be spent traveling (i.e. to supplier locations supporting early concept and product designs, prototype runs/builds, etc.) Preferences : -Project engineering background (leading small engineer/technician teams) -Strong understanding of medical product development, primarily in the early stages of development
