Senior Business Solutions Analyst A client of ours with offices in Nashville, TN, is searching for a applicant to fulfill the role of Senior Business Solutions Analyst. This position is being offered on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, the Senior Business Solutions Analyst be responsible for the following: Developing and maintaining a knowledge base and becoming a Subject Matter Expert. Assisting in all activities associated with delivering technology products (i.e., product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction). Working with clients to define and document qualifications for various software products. Creating documentation including qualifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, PowerPoint decks for feature description, user guides, process flows, wireframes, and newsletters. Conducting design thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs. Managing the Product Backlog for a Product.
