Desktop management of Right-of-Way process Desktop reviews & municipal research of site (node) locations as well as areas of interest Reviews/soft audits of jurisdictional qualifications/documents for each site Physical review of sites (GIS) to determine feasibility for small cell deployment Support deployment of small cell network Research municipalities to understand permitting process in each area Working with and managing utilities and local vendors Negotiating with utility companies or government boards Managing process for adding site to existing pole in urban areas (utility/city owned street lights/etc.) or new site build in more rural areas Following and managing public utility process Location: Atlanta, GA, 100% office based Qualifications Bachelor degree required, JD preferred Knowledgeable in right-of-way, including title, deeds, easements, leases, permits & licenses Strong communications skills Self-starter and expertise to work autonomously yet within a team context
