Senior Property Claims Representative This remote position investigates, evaluates, and resolves Commercial and Personal Lines Property claims. Demonstrates superior claim service and produces appropriate claim settlements to our clients. It is incumbent upon this individual to understand regulations and the jurisdiction(s) involved in the claims being evaluated. This position communicates directly with policyholders and their representatives. Candidate must write coverage letters, and provide effective direction to assigned claim service vendors. The individual must assure quality compliance with applicable insurance regulations and statutes. A high-level of file quality is expected, as well as excellent people skills to effectively interact with local independent agents and customers.The individual must have the expertise to balance productivity, quality and customer service objectives.
