LANDesk Administrator - (Cleveland, OH)

LANDesk Administrator Responsible for directing and executing specific technology assignments related to support, maintenance, basic analysis and troubleshooting. Document all work done in our ticketing system. Administration of enterprise level systems (primarily LANDesk, but also including: patching, ticketing system, encryption software, etc.) Responsibilities Accepts and/or creates support tickets and works to resolve application, pc system and various other technology issues Responsible for individual support ticket management, follow-up, and time management Quickly and effectively troubleshoot technical issues in person and remotely, utilizing existing tools Assists in monitoring desktop technology, operating systems, and applications systems (desktop and server based) along with all associated data Administration of enterprise systems. Additional responsibilities as identified and assigned Creation and maintenance of our image.
