Extrusion Operator: 3rd shift, $14/hr, Temp-to-Hire - (Waukesha, WI)

Randstad is currently working with a Waukesha manufacturer in need of a night shift Extrusion Machine Operator! This is a Temp-to-Hire position, paying between $14-$16/hour. Working hours are Monday-Wednesday 5:00pm-5:30am, and Thursday 5:00pm-1:30am (OT when necessary). **ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE QUALIFIED WILL BE CONSIDERED** Ideal applicants will posess the follwing: -Stable work experience -2+ years background in extrusion machine operation and set-up -Background utilizing various measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) -Blueprint/Order reading skills -Expertise to communicate with Inspector and Supervisors to enable any adjustments necessary Responsibilities: -Set up and operate extrusion machine -Trouble shoot and re-adjust machine when necessary -Work together with inspector to ensure product quality -Perform quality inspection reports on product -Other tasks as assigned Working hours: M-W,5:00pm-5:30am, Th 5pm-1:30am
