Interviewing candidates for Line Cook positions. Candidates should have professional kitchen background, including working a hot line and grill. Assignments include : Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line Food preparation and portioning prior to service Maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment Expertise to lift 60lbs and stand for long periods of time Background in a full service restaurant is desired, as is basic understanding of Spanish.
