Work Location 7901 Innovation Way Mason OH USA 45040 6 mon ASSIGNMENT WITH POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS SHIFT: 8am-5pm M-F INTERVIEWS: THERE WILL BE IN PERSON INTERVIEW *** NEED TO HAVE A HIGH-SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED *** *** NEED TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION EXPERTISE *** This position will focus on Honeywell required remediation tasks (PC renames, PC refreshes). The incumbent efficiently and effectively satisfies user requests and solves their problems while ensuring that departmental processes and quality standards are maintained. Follow-through and internal customer satisfaction are key success factor. Requirements: The Service Desk Technician has 1 yr in a service desk environment. A+ certification is beneficial. Strong familiarity with Microsoft office suite 2010 - 2016 and Windows seven - 10 required. 1. May be required to travel to other facilities to provide staff augmentation or support
