Eligible company drivers are encouraged to apply for new valid drivers license-A driver training opportunities at Super Service! Earn additional daily rates to boost CPM and keep your current home time.What We Offer:- 65/day during training + pay per mile- Regular home time and routes (you and your family stick to the same schedule)- Bonus trainer pay if trainee passes written & skills test on first try- Paid backing sessions - $150 for "half" students, $300 for "full" students*Average student training period is three weeks.*Drivers who require 50 hours of training to graduate are considered "half;" drivers who require 100 hours are considered "full."Mentor Bonus:Earn $500 for each student you train once they reach three months with the company+ another $500 once they reach six months with the company!Eligibility based on following:- one year of OTR Background- Safety performance- On-time delivery & MPG- Number of CSA points in past 12 mons- Driver Manager recommendation- Hard braking/acceleration
