Energy Analyst - (Athens, NY)

Responsibilities * Possess in-depth knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, life safety and building automation systems to work positively with customers, fellow employees, outside contractors and vendors * Work directly with Critical Environment teams to pilot client programs and services to capture business savings and revenue generating activities that improved client value * Oversee client's energy curtailment program, assessing the various programs available, establishing a rapport with the various provider sand making recommendations on behalf of the client accordingly * Report on corporate energy metrics, and other key performance indicators * Research and evaluate options, present recommendations, and implement programs for reducing energy usage, related conservation programs, and their related costs, for portfolio * Analyze energy projects in relation to existing market alternatives, cost, current infrastructure, implementation feasibility
