Finance Controller Position details: The Domestic Violence Intervention Program offers a comprehensive range of services including crisis intervention, safe shelter, counseling, advocacy, and support to meet the needs of victims and their families. Supervised by the Executive Director, the Finance Controller oversees the day to day activities of DVIP's finances and ensures the company's finance function is organized, efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts. This individual manages personnel functions to include payroll, benefits administration, leave records, workers' compensation, and employment master file management. In addition, the Controller manages grant contract financial documentation and reimbursement, and financial document preparation for the DVIP Board of Directors.Minimum requirements:BA in bookkeeping, accounting or equivalent combination of experience and education.A current understanding of basic office functions, including spreadsheet
