RN- Surgical Services Nurse Manager - small facility - (Dallas, TX)

Our firm is in search of a RN with three current, consecutive years of clinical surgical background with at least 1yr of leadership background in a surgical setting. BLS Certification required. Our client is a small facility located east of Dallas with only 70 beds. fourteen miles from Dallas and 9mis from Garland, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone to be a "big fish in a small pond". Given the surgical unit is small, we are looking for a nurse manager who can lead others by example as well as have the expertise to scrub in for surgeries. We are considering those who have an Associates Degree in Nursing as well as those who have a BSN. A BSN is preferred, however background and communication expertise are also very important to our client. Salary is based on background and our client is offering a $15,000 sign on bonus.
