Houseperson - (Wyomissing, PA)

To efficiently perform the duties of the House person in accordance with policies and procedures established by the hotel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Take clean linen to floors and fill the maids carts with clean linen. Return soiled linen to laundry. Collect soiled cups/glasses and take them to the dishwasher area. Return clean glasses/cups to maids closet. Help room attendants with heavy lifting, turning mattresses and moving heavy furniture. Clean windows and mirrors in your section. Vacuum hallways in your section. Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with hotel Standards of grooming and Standards of Conduct. Perform any duty requested of you by your supervisor and assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance. Must always make guest satisfaction a priority within the guidelines of the Crowne Plaza Reading Hotel Guest Satisfaction System. Be willing to assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
