Executive Recruiter - (Omaha, NE)

Cornerstone Staffing Inc would like to find an established, hardworking Executive-level Recruiter to join our Omaha-based team. This individual must have agency recruiting experience, a dual recruiting/business development experience is preferred. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for making business decisions that impact profitability of the company, increase existing business and identify and source prospective job seekers. Our future teammate will have recruiting responsibilities including sourcing/relationship building, interviewing and networking for all C-level positions throughout the company as well as engaging and networking with prospective client companies locally, regionally and nationally. Cornerstone is a one-stop shop for corporate office and we would like to continue to expand our footprint in the executive talent space.
