You will work cross-functionally across Vertafore, including Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services and Product Management to help develop and create user-facing documentation for multiple products and services. You will also contribute to the future growth of your team and internal staff by providing product training. You will have the freedom to experiment within your content set, and work with talented teams across Vertafore to share best practices and define documentation standards.
