CNC Machinist - Day Shift - Relocation Available - Salem, VA - (Salem, VA)

The hours for this shift are: Fri-Sun 6A-6P; every other Thurs 6A-2P The primary purpose of this job is to set up, operate and maintain CNC equipment to fabricate production parts. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs and all safety and quality qualifications including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory qualifications. Operates and sets up CNC shop equipment with assistance. Sharpens tooling as needed to maintain tolerances, may give input or recommendations. Makes adjustments and monitors assigned equipment to ensure dimensional part integrity. Able to preset tooling for setups and tool breakages during normal operations Maintains tooling following established tool life guide lines. Troubleshoots and corrects problem with minimal assistance.
