Veterinary Technician - (Willow Street, PA)

Veterinary Technician The Veterinary Technology Program of Lancaster County Career & Technology Center is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to become a Full time Veterinary Technology Instructor. Instruction may be lecture or laboratory based. Daily patient care (canine and feline) may be necessary. To be considered for this position you must meet the following qualifications: l Must be a current Pennsylvania licensed Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with a min of an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology from an AVMA licensed institution; l 2yrs of professional background in the veterinary field; l Teaching experience in veterinary medicine, veterinary technology or related position is preferred; l Clinical and/or handling experience with large animals is preferred; l Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise; l Excellent technical skills including Ms office; l Valid PA Drivers License may be required; l Current (within 1 year) Criminal (State and FBI)
