Quality Assurance Manager - Clinton, IA 2301 South 21st Street Clinton, Iowa, 52732 United States Manage the overall operation of the Quality Department and functions of the Quality Supervisor and Quality Coordinators. Responsible for managing the SQF 2000 system and leading the SQF / HACCP team. Organize and run quarterly Management Review meetings with the management team to discuss plant performance, quality trends, and food safety issues. Prepares customer monthly and / or quarterly reports as required. Manages customer complaints through CompliantPro ensuring that issues are communicated appropriately through the operations team and feedback is provided to the customers in a timely fashion. Leads Marion’s corrective action team aimed at building sustainable solutions to customer issues and complaints. Seek out plant improvement opportunities and use the 6 Sigma process to participate in or lead employee teams tasked with capitalizing on such opportunities.
