District Manager-Multi Site Manager - (Tacoma, WA)

Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Manager who wants to join a dedicated and growing team. This position is for a manager who will work at some of our properties in Tacoma. Position requirements include, but are not limited to:- Responsible for oversight of the property(s) and overall performance and appearance- Maintains records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis- Submits required reports to corporate office on a weekly and monthly basis- Maintains positive customer service environment- Hires, trains, motivates, supervises all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals of assigned properties- Works with the Regional Manager in formulating budgets for the upcoming year- Responsible for staying within the established budget throughout the year- Performs inspections with residents of move-in/move-outs- Conducts market surveys monthly and provides trend report details
