Global Customer Quality Manager - Ford - (Livonia, MI)

Position description: Act as the lead globally for the assigned customer with respect to Quality Initiatives, Quality Performance and Customer Quality ability Maintain communication with assigned original equipment manufacturer customers to obtain real-time "Voice of the customer" feedback. Report monthly the Voice of the Customer (VOC) based on score cards/portal data for the assigned customer which indicates OEM quality status with a summary of non-compliance issues. Manage / coordinate actions for improvement of VOC together with the Divisions and BU's. Support issue solving activity (8-D) deliverables together with the Divisions and BU's. Lead customer quality initiatives for assigned customer globally, working with the Divisions and BU's to ensure compliance with customer qualifications. Act as an escalation point for major customer issues for assigned customer. Review Customer Specific Quality Qualifications for assigned customer and ensure ZF plants comply.
