Project Manager - Human Resources Subject Matter Expert - (Loveland, CO)

Project Manager Human Resources Subject Matter Expert SAFEbuilt is currently searching for a Project Manager Human Resources Subject Matter Expert (HR SME) to join our Loveland, CO Office team. The Project Manager HR SME will primarily be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and implementing the HR component of Mergers and Acquisitions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assume full ownership of the execution and implementation of projects from inception through completion. Conduct HR & Benefit due diligence on potential acquisitions. Research, analyze and report to the acquisition project team the HR & Benefit policy, plan variances, and issues related to transactions which includes developing costs, projections, and integration recommendations based on these findings. Analyze and quantify the impact of business qualifications on existing HR services, systems and workflow. Participate in planning and integrations calls for Human Resources and cross-functional delivery teams for projects.
