Job DescriptionBennington College seeks an energetic and resourceful Design and Production Associate to join its award-winning Office of Communications. This highly engaged position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Bennington's distinctive print and digital portfolio. Working with partners across campus, the Design and Production Associate will participate in design and editorial projects with a 360-degree look at the full Communications mission—supporting the team with a sharp eye for detail, a lively aesthetic sense, and an impulse to collaborate.The Office at Communications plays a central role in advancing the College's priorities, shaping the voice and visual identity for its marketing, fundraising, and public relations campaigns. This position will be part of a production team that is focused on developing content and design for publications, managing the College website, providing creative services including photography and videography, and advancing the College's brand identity.
