Job DescriptionSpecialized Veterinary Services, located in Fort Myers Fl, is a fast-growing, fast-paced hospital offering 24-hour care of pets. Our driving focus is outstanding pet care and unmatched client service, both provided with care and compassion. We are in search of veterinary nursing professionals with a high-level of veterinary nursing skills for overnights. Candidates who are qualified must possess the skills necessary to provide quality care to pets and compassionate client service for their owners. A CVT with two years of background in an emergency setting and at least one year of lead technician background is preferred, however, well qualified non-certified technicians will also be considered.Expectations of this position: Advanced knowledge of specialty and emergency veterinary medicine (ie: induction/intubation, anesthesia monitoring, phlebotomy, catheterizations, medication administration, restraint, feeding tube management, aseptic and sterile techniques
