Facility Security Officer (FSO) with Security Clearance - (Groton, CT)

Position summary AECOM is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our team in Groton, CT. The FSO works in a collaborative team environment to provide oversight for, and ensure compliance of, Company and Government security requirements. This position reports to the local Senior Management Official and is also a member of AECOM-s Global Resilience Group (GRG), Government Security (GovSec) Branch. Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide security management oversight, leadership and guidance towards Intelligence National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirements. * Develop and implement local policies and procedures to satisfy company and client contract performance, statements of work, task orders and other requirements. * Plan for and administer all security related activities essential to those requirements. * Manage personnel security investigations, security clearance and accesses via the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), client systems and other processes.
