Infrastructure Security Engineer - (Colorado Springs, CO)

US Tech Solutions is seeking a ---Infrastructure Security Engineer--- for a 12+ Months Contract position with a client in Colorado Springs, CO Responsibilities: Drive security engineering for our enterprise IT backbone as well as our 25+ R&D labs and high performance Tech Centers. Be an active member of Design & Build IT projects, steering network and server configurations towards industry-leading security. Actively assess existing production infrastructures, identifying security issues and prioritizing fixes. Engineer and implement new security tools to feed our analytics-driven Security Operations Center. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related position, or equivalent background Comprehensive knowledge of multiple OS platforms, especially Windows and Linux VM as well as virtualization technology such as: VM ware (VSphere, Vrealize, ) Background with Trend micro deep security manager (DSM) is a plus Advanced knowledge of networking protocols - TCP/IP, DNS
