Director Advanced Engineering - (Greenwood, MS)

Reporting to the VP/GM of the Company, you will build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for capturing project qualifications from stakeholders, designing system architectures and qualifications, facilitating communication between functional teams, and driving development, verification & validation. The Director Advanced Engineering will leverage past background and outstanding communication abilities to work together with IT, engineering, quality, safety and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer value and company profitability.Provide leadership for design, verification, validation, and risk management of projects undertaken. Provide thought leadership on developing creative solutions to complex manufacturing and engineering problems.The job necessitates excellent organizational, project management, technical issue solving and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the expertise to work in teams and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
