Maintenance Technicians - (Athens, GA)

Baldor Electric has openings in our Athens Plant for qualified Maintenance Technicians The maintenance technician requires background in the repair and maintenance of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. Must be familiar with electronic controls and PLCs. Will use a variety of test instruments, and will trouble-shoot and repair mechanical equipment. Some welding and fabrication background would be helpful. This job requires a 2 yr degree in a related position plus relevant maintenance background in a manufacturing plant. Background with preventive maintenance programs is a plus. These jobs will be 2nd or 3rd shifts. Competitive compensation and great benefits.
