HIRING IMMEDIATELY Seeking a residential Maintenance Technician for apartment complexes located in the Lebanon and Fairfield Township area. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual who have previous experience in apartment property maintenance and comfortable with the duties related to maintaining apartment units at "optimum occupancy-ready status". Responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance. Duties: Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance. Participates in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed Inspects vacant units, ensuring turnovers are completed. Work orders completed timely Walks the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris Assist with snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, steps, and driveways Comply with all laws relating to Fair Housing Completes repairs as directed Key skills
