HIRING IMMEDIATELY Seeking a residential Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex located in the Beechmont (East of Cincinnati) area. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual who have prior work in apartment property maintenance and comfortable with the duties related to maintaining apartment units at "optimum occupancy-ready status". Duties: Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance. Participates in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed Inspects vacant units, ensuring turnovers are completed. Work orders completed timely Comply with all laws relating to Fair Housing Completes repairs as directed Key skills one year maintenance or construction experience HVAC certified Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting Proficiency in plumbing repairs and troubleshooting Valid driver's license Pass experience screening Benefits/Earnings: Hourly Rate $15.00
