Assists Customer Service Reps in setting goals. Assists in interviewing and hiring of Rep replacements Conducts Customer Service Rep training and development Orders and processes print plate purchasing Reconciles finished goods inventory monthly Maintains price increase log and miscellaneous reports What you need to succeed: Decision making abilities, must be able to make appropriate decisions to satisfy customer needs, take appropriate steps to implement decisions.
