Job DescriptionOne of our better clients is looking for:Demographic Info:Position title: Senior HR Business PartnerReports To: Senior HR ManagerLocation: Lafayette, INCompensation:Base: $65,000 - $75,000Incentive: bonus potential up to 16%Job summary:Act as a Strategic Business Partner that drives initiatives to support the organizational goals and objectives, short and long termPosition Responsibilities:· Drive independent projects and renewed processes and procedures that align with overall business strategy· Serve as 1st point of contact and 1st line communications to WNC managers and supervisors regarding general human resources related questions/issues providing accurate and appropriate details or guidance, or escalate as appropriate· Problem-solve using details, policy, procedure, compliance, and systems info to identify best fit approach/response to meet customer qualifications· Assist with recruitment activities such as post open positions to internal/external job boards
