The applicant will provide sophisticated tax analysis, and to counsel clients in practical, business terms. Will serve in federal income taxation of business transactions (taxable mergers and acquisitions, and tax-free reorganizations); corporations; partnerships; and international tax planning. Should preferably have LL.M. degree. Knowledge of the income and sales tax laws of CT, MA, NH and/or RI would be a plus.
