Job DescriptionSupervise and evaluate the performance of all staff memberEnsure compliance by all staff with Fair Housing rules and regulationsPerform daily inspections of the property and annual inspections of each unitAddress safety and security concerns at the propertyPerform market comparable studies to ensure that rents are in line with market conditions Promote resident retention and resolve resident issuesEnsure resident compliance with the lease an all property rules and regulationsOversee leasing and lease renewal processes, the rental collection process, delinquencies, marketing activities, supply and equipment inventory and ordering and processing of move-ins and move-outsOversee maintenance, preventative maintenance and capital improvement projects at the propertyWorks with the Regional Manager and the corporate office on annual budget development and monitoring, and control of accounts receivable and payableBachelor's Degree preferred
