We are accepting resumes for a: Portfolio Manager The individual in this position manages FHLBank's $12 billion investment portfolio to ensure consistency with the FHLBank's investment goals and objectives. Provides investment analyses on prospective investments and the investment portfolio. Ensures a max rate of return from investments consistent with FHLBank's risk limits, policies, and regulations. Serves as a back-up to the Liability Manager and the Director of Capital Markets. Requirements - Bachelor's degree is required. MBA and/or CFA is preferred. -Five to 8yrs of similar or related experience, with 3 to 5 yrs of progressive background in the management of fixed income or other market related trading activity with significant emphasis on or knowledge of the mortgage- and asset-backed securities markets.
