Project Manager III - 39618 - (Paterson, NJ)

Duties: The most important role for the successful project manager applicant will be to work with project leaders and, if assigned, partner with in-seat project managers to implement a standardized approach to planning, scheduling and monitoring project delivery and performance utilizing Microsoft Project and Microsoft excel. Responsibilities include: -Developing a MS Project schedule for assigned projects that will identify with an appropriate level of detail all required tasks and resources needed to drive projects already in progress to successful completion, on time and on budget as well as new projects from inception to the same endpoint. -Ensure project plans include a critical path, document lists and schedules with an initial baseline for ongoing progress reporting. -Create project documentation lists to monitor the timely creation, review, and approval of required documents.
