SUMMARY The Lab Division leads the Research and Development efforts for the Exploratoriums museum floor. This position reports to the Lab Associate Executive Director and works closely with the Exploratoriums staff of professional scientists, science educators, exhibit developers and visitor researchers. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Program Innovation Ensure the integration of social science disciplines into overall public programmatic activity. Oversee the planning and development of new social science-based exhibitions and programs, including project initiation, content review, grant writing, and project evaluation. Coordinate with the Exploratoriums Development Department to facilitate proposal development and fundraising efforts for Lab projects and programs.
