Summary This role manages the operations of busy specialty practice in 1 of its core locations. This role reports to an existing COO and manages approx 20-40 people with support from team leads. The role collaborates with similar positions across the organization. Required functions: Oversees day-to-day business operations in main location. Manages supervisors, team leads and clinical staff. Maintains compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws Develops and has a hand in retaining staff (includes onboarding and on-going training) Enhances the quality of patient care through efficiency and great customer service. Works closely with other administrators to ensure consistent patient satisfaction and appropriate staffing levels Develops and maintains standards of practice, expense control and relevant policies and procedures Effectively controls costs by using people, process and technology wisely.
