Recovery Attorney Supplier Services Manager (L09) - (Alpharetta, GA)

Job overview: Role Summary/Purpose: The Recovery Attorney Supplier Services Manager will be responsible for monitoring processes, including but not limited to the areas of audit/compliance, supplier communications, supplier workflows and support. Additionally, the individual will provide reporting analysis and support the supplier in any kind of process related questions. This position will also perform a variety of duties such as implementing new processes, ensuring that existing processes are performing to expectations, meeting SLA's, and supporting Recovery Management. Primary responsibilities: Work with suppliers to ensure internal audit and compliance relating to call monitoring, remote audit, comprehensive inventory reconciliation, and SIF/PIF reconciliation. Communicate clearly SYB process expectations to suppliers and hold accountable, developing action plans incorporating disciplinary suggestions relative to identified process deficiencies.
