Worksite Sales Specialist - (Alpharetta, GA)
Worksite Sale Specialist is responsible for representing and selling worksite products to assigned employee benefits sales agents. The role is primary promoter of worksite product within the group sales organization. This role will be initiating sales calls where they will utilize a consultative approach in identifying sales opportunities and recommending solutions for employers interested in the worksite benefits space. Serve as the primary sales representative for Worksite sales. Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales forecasts for worksite program. Partner with employee benefits sales offices to educate on Worksite opportunities and drive agent referrals Build effective working relationships with agents, external prospects/ clients and internal clients to develop and successfully secure new business through employers. This includes frequent phone contact by way of inbound and outbound calls for the purpose of developing relationships with agents who will market worksite products to employers.
