Construction Estimator - (Milwaukee, WI)

Position description*Must be willing to relocate to central MICandidate Qualifications:-Experienced in reading Commercial/Industrial plans and specifications.-Must be dependable, motivated, and detail oriented.-Expertise to review documents and coordinate subcontractor/supplier proposals to verify complete workscopes for various trades on an entire project.-Strong communications skills. Must communicate with staff, subcontractors and suppliers to assure allphases of the bid are being accurately prepared and available on time.-Personable with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain current relationships and create newpartnerships.-Excellent time management expertise. Must be able to prioritize and ensure timely completion ofestimates.-Expertise to learn estimating program and capability of completing accurate and timely project takeoffs.-One Year or more of construction estimating background.-A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not necessarily required
