Training Specialist of Design and Development - (Overland Park, KS)

Maximize sales team readiness for 900+ sales representatives and sales managers by identifying coaching opportunities, developing comprehensive coaching strategy, creating coaching content, implementing strategy and measuring results. The content would include but is not limited to selling skills, sales positioning of promotional offers and behaviors/habits associated with top performing sales teams. Provide a wide variety of learning tools and content leveraging video, applications and other digital media resonating with a millennial sales team. Establish Wireless Lifestyle as the leader in coaching and development for all Sprint Preferred Retailers. Responsible for the content creation and delivery of varied format coaching and training material to ensure alignment with key performance indicators and sales goal attainment. Perform needs assessment, design, develop coaching programs based on organizational needs and focusing on the right tools to deliver content.
