Acting under limited to direct supervision, conducts employee searches for primarily front line personnel and/or known job positions, typically of a non-technical and non-senior level, within a single business site. Using established methods sources applicants through internal postings and traditional media advertising as directed and specified. Coordinates interviewing using standard practices and scripted techniques. Assists in HR administrative functions. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensures job postings, newspaper advertisements, web support, and other marketing is available, appropriate and implemented • May participate in drafting marketing / media advertising content • Processes all panel-ready solicited applicants for interview • Co-ordinates Panel interviews with Department Management • Attends and facilitates panel Interviews • Facilitates individual post-interview applicant evaluation • Facilitates selection decision among candidates who are qualified
