Project Coordinator - (Rockford, IL)

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team during a period of extreme growth with the company. The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the booking, order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation of customer orders in a timely manner. You may also be responsible for managing Retail Replacement projects from the point of contract to resolution of post installation service issues. The Project Coordinator works closely with sales force, independent contractors, warehouse personnel, delivery personnel and customers. Position assignments and assignments include: * Scheduling and releasing completed product * Coordinating delivery of customer orders * Managing recovery process for shortages and damaged product * External and internal customer contact * Scheduling service appointments * Coordination and management of installation permits.
