Helpdesk - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

We are seeking a Helpdesk resource that will be responsible to answering customer calls and walking them through their technical support issues. This is a permanent hire role with a growing company. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Great on the phone and ensuring customer satisfaction. High Schoool Diploma is required. Associates and Bachelor's are preferred. At least 1yr in a customer service or background in hospitality or service oriented industries. Or anything where you are working with customers to ensure they are happy or satisfied with a service. The expertise to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as the expertise to work unaided organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent analytical and time management expertise Great communication expertise both verbal and written
